Return Period
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items
- Cosmetics
- Hair products
- Used electronics
- Clearance or sale items
Return Process
- To request a return:

- Provide your order number
- Include photos if item is damaged
Do not send items back without approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
